Experience the feeling of floating on water as you focus on balance, build core strength and take your practice to another level.

SUP Yoga Classes are 90min and include 30min paddling.  Board, paddle, sup leash and anchor are included, although if you have your own (relatively stable) board, class price is reduced to $20, and we will provide an anchor.

If you have never paddled before we recommend you book in for a lesson first, or arrive half an hour early so we can give you a quick on-land lesson first.

Classes are suitable for all levels, with beginner yoga posture options given.  All postures will be explained and demonstrated if needed, with beginner and more advanced variations.  Students practice to their level.

Katrina is a qualified RYT200 yoga teacher, pilates instructor and ISA SUP Instructor, and is also a massage therapist.  Her Wednesday evening and Saturday morning classes are held from Fergs Kayaks on Tamaki Drive, please book in advance with Fergs: ph 09 529 2230.

You have to be totally Present - In that moment, finding that 'stillness within the storm'. Which is what a yoga practice is all about. Ange Gervan is a qualified yoga instructor and practitioner of Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Qi Gong, and also an ambassador for Lululemon Athletica Britomart.  Her relax and revive yoga classes with Starboard on Wednesday mornings at Westhaven are the perfect recovery from racing at the Beach Series on Tuesday nights, please book in advance with Victoria.
