Pod Wellbeing on Water

Feel your rhythm.

Castor Bay | Saturday 24 November | 8am-12pm


The rise and fall of the breath, the ebb and flow of the tide, the wax and wane of the moon, the high and low of our body's cycle, the regular beat of life's circle...  These natural rhythms remind us we are a part of something bigger, and they fill us with gratitude, remind us to keep it simple, and connect us to our reality. 

Join our Pod for a day of connection, movement, rhythm and growth at Castor Bay beach as we explore what it is to be in a state of flow and in tune with your own natural rhythm.

We start the day by connecting with our internal rhythm through breath and movement on our yoga mats, taking it onto the water for some PaddleFit tempo workshops to help you glide with ease, and coming back to the breath with a playful SUP yoga session on our floating mats. Nutritious brunch and refreshments are included.



 8am  Arrival and Welcome
 8.20am - 8.40am  Set the Rhythm - Breathing and Meditation
 8.40am - 9am  Coffee and Smoothies
 9am - 10.30am  SUP Workshops Group A / SUP Yoga + Me-Time Group B
 10.30am - 11.30am  Brunch with music + Board Demos
 11.30am - 1.00pm  SUP Yoga + Me-Time Group A / SUP Workshops Group B


*Please note, our preferred rain date is Sun 25 November, so keep that free if you can, just in case the weather is awful on Saturday
