NXT1V1 Performance Training

SUP 7.30 - 8.30 am,  Yoga 9 - 10.15am


Join Pro coaches JP TOBIN (NXT1V1 Performance) and Victoria Stuart (PaddleFit Pro) for Saturday morning race-training sessions at Mairangi Bay followed by that yoga class you keep meaning to do...


Training sessions will be focused on developing energy systems, techniques and tactics, in preparation for the race season ahead.  Sessions will be drill-focused with a 15min warmup.  


And we've even found you the perfect complement to balance your workout with: a Yin yoga class from 9am-10.15am at YOGA SANCTUARY.  Why?  Because it will help you become a better athlete! READ THIS ARTICLE.  

Yoga Sanctuary are giving all NXT Training participants ten days of unlimited yoga for free, then discounting to $160 for a 10 class concession.

Group size is limited, with groups based on two different paddling abilities:

NXT Performance for paddlers finding their race feet

NXT Performance +  for focussed paddlers looking to enhance their potential - bring yo Momma (cos yo gonna cry)
