Group Training Sessions

SUP Coaching

Trying to improve your stroke rate, fitness, or paddle technique?

With individual stroke analysis, aerobic and anaerobic drills and race specific skill training, Annabel's Individual or Group SUP Training is the best way to fine tune your body and prevent injury as you challenge yourself with new goals and limits.

Annabel has a background as a NZ rep snow skier, cross-trail runner and triathlete, as well as a proven record in Stand Up Paddle racing both here and overseas.  She is a brilliant coach, and will kick any nasty habits that lead to stiff shoulders or achy backs right out of the

water. 

Sessions are structured to cater for all levels, but it's recommended that first timers have a 1:1 session first to go over technique/safety etc first.

$20 with your own board, $25 if you need a board - you will need to let Annabel know 24 hours prior to the session if you require a board.
 
Group training sessions run on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  Individual sessions by request.
