This October, breast cancer survivor Karin Horen teamed up again with SUPSNZ to hold the annual Starboard Paddle for Hope, a fun festival of stand up paddling to help improve the lives of those who have had breast cancer. The event raised $55,000 this year for the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation’s post-surgery rehabilitation programme.
