PaddleOn Stand Up Paddle Boarding Cancer Rehabilitation Programme

Mondays from 7am to 8am, 20 February to 10 April

PaddleOn is a stand up paddle (SUP) rehabilitation program, for men and women recovering from all types of cancer. Delivered over 8-weeks by certified Pinc or Steel cancer rehabilitation physiotherapists, PaddleOn has been specifically designed to introduce the components of stand up paddling in a safe, fun small group environment.

It is divided into 8 modules to improve balance, core strength, posture, upper body strength, flexibility and fitness.

Participants need to have completed primary cancer treatment (surgery/chemotherapy/radiotherapy) before starting the program

To take part:

Register at www.paddleon.co.nz or phone (09) 444 1925

PaddleOn is supported by Starboard and the Pinc & Steel Cancer Rehabilitation Trust
