Find your flow on water with our 4-week small group programs designed to improve paddling technique, strength and endurance, boost your confidence, discover Auckland's beautiful waterways and meet other paddlers.  In each program we progress through proper paddling fundamentals, and work on paddling efficiency, increasing speed and skills and preventing injury in a fun and friendly atmosphere.  Poor technique can lead to sore backs, shoulders or RSI, so before you crank into the race season, lay down the right pillars. Classes cater to different experience levels, from complete beginners to those who have some paddling experience.

PaddleFit Tech 1
PaddleFit Tech 1 is our paddling technique class and your first step in learning proper technique. Learning proper technique is beneficial for many reasons including increased performance, injury prevention, making SUP a core workout and enhancing your enjoyment of SUP. During the hour lesson you will learn proper paddling fundamentals in a fun and friendly atmosphere. No matter where you are on your SUP journey we will help you get on the path to paddling properly.

PaddleFit Tech 2
PaddleFit Tech 2 is our advanced paddling technique class and your next step in learning proper technique. We will take what you learned in PaddleFit Tech 1 and build on that to help you become and advanced paddler. During the hour lesson you will learn advanced paddling technique as well as advanced level paddling drills. Our coach will continue to work with you on your technique progression and help you to make the appropriate corrections to get you on the path to paddling at your best. Must have attended PaddleFit Tech 1 class.

PaddleFit Complete
Our interval based class will incorporate land strength exercises with paddling. The combination of being on the water working on paddling skills as well as building strength and endurance during the land portion provide a great workout. Elevating your heart rate combined with strength exercises will have you feeling the positive effects long after the class is over. The class is for those will some prior paddling experience.

PaddleFit Water
Our motto for our on-water class is: spending time on water is the only way to get better at paddling. Each individual class will have a main theme and area of focus whether that be paddling drills, strength exercises or paddling intervals. The PaddleFit Water class will allow us to work on paddling technique as well as strength and endurance. Class is for those who have some paddling experience.

- One Off Class $30 BYOB / $45 With Board Rental
- 5 and 10 concession pass or Monthly Unlimited memberships can be purchased online with Mindbody.
